Paula M. Jones

Paula Jones specializes in writing documents that are accessible to specific or broad target audiences. The focus is always on the reader and the best way to present the information. Long reports become concise lessons learned. Hours of discussion are distilled into key “next steps.” Starting from scratch is also no challenge for Paula. Having worked in the public health field for almost 20 years, Paula has a wide range of contacts and a broad understanding of public health issues. She can quickly identify key concepts and appropriate resources. Paula's expertise in communications allows her to take these findings and develop effective means for communicating information to identified targeted audiences. Paula has worked for the National Association of People with AIDS, the U.S. Conference of Mayors and has had short stints in the private sector. Since 1997, she has worked as a consultant to various nonprofit and public-sector clients. Paula has a BA from Pomona College in International Relations.
